A few cooperations has been initiated as part of the project and Wikimedia Sverige has worked with a number of other GLAMs over the years. Gathering information from the GLAMs about how they approached this internally, what arguments they focus on, what they thought about working with us etc. would all be very valuable to gather in order to inspire other GLAMs to take the same decisions. We will start working on this in January 2017. [ ] Identify missing pieces when trying to convince GLAMs to work with the Wikimedia movement [ ] Create questions for the GLAM that provide us with the missing pieces (a survey?) [ ] Summarize the answers
