A few cooperations has been initiated as part of the project and Wikimedia Sverige has worked with a number of other GLAMs over the years. Gathering information from the GLAMs about how they approached this internally, what arguments they focus on, what they thought about working with us etc. would all be very valuable to gather in order to inspire other GLAMs to take the same decisions. The information will also improve our report to the GLAMs (see T157944).

The questions in the draft seem to be directed to a new potential GLAM partner, rather than to the GLAMs that we have been working with - which is what this task focus on.
That said, this survey would also be interesting to execute, but should have its own task.
