I don't know who/what is putting those tags but it seem to work well.

Those tags are automatically generated when people make edits using the "undo" or "rollback" feature. But they are the reverse of what I propose: these tags tag edits that are reverts, whereas I propose a tag that tags edits that have been reverted.
