ign.ign2commons.eqiad.wmflabs is not reachable or does not boot up

Description

After having modified /etc/fstab and rebooted the machine, I can't access to ign.ign2commons.eqiad.wmflabs. I suppose the machine doesn't boot up properly.

$ ssh ign.ign2commons.eqiad.wmflabs
channel 0: open failed: connect failed: Connection refused
stdio forwarding failed
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

I don't have any information about its current status.

The VM has issues to boot, probably due to some local changes. If you don't have anything important in there, I would suggest dropping the instance and creating a new one.
