Instead of a one layer of special userpages between reader the original userpage, we are trying to display the regular userpage with some conditional messaging

@Nirzar is it me or that live mockup looks broken in Desktop view? it should be uniform IMHO, regardless of screensize, like the current design state of en.m.wikipedia
