This filtering system is not an urgent part of the project, but we can show a tipsy saying "coming soon" even though it's a WIP.

We were intending the tipsy to show the class name for users to know how to call this icon.

For now this is used as a placeholder.

Although this isn't available for use now, we'll just show in the tipsy that it's a work in progress and will soon be available.

Or "coming soon in Summer 2015" ;P
