@Slaporte: is VBaranetsky no longer employed with the foundation? It looks like mail to that user's email account is no longer being accepted. If that is the case then we should disable the phabricator account to prevent further emails from being sent. Removal from the WMF-NDA group might also make sense. I don't think we have a proper process for what to do with phabricator accounts when people leave.
