Change 211688 had a related patch set uploaded (by Faidon Liambotis):
autoinstall: install linux-meta (3.19) on jessie

Besides switching the default (which is about to be committed), we should probably upgrade the existing installed systems to 3.19 as well, for uniformity.
Looking at servermon, we seem to have 53 hosts running a 3.16 kernel. Of these:
- 16 are mc2001-2016 (easy to upgrade, not in prod)
- 4 are rdb2001-2004 (ditto)
- 3 are logstash1004-1006
- 6 are restbase1001-1006
- 10 are ganeti100x/200x (easy to upgrade, seldomly used, clustered)
- the rest also seem relatively easy to upgrade

This is down to these hosts:
conf100[1-3]
db205[678] (these are recent, apt.wikimedia.org was apparently unavailable during installation, so the wget call for the late-setup script failed)
rhenium
