The icons "Feed" and "Open tasks" are in positions number 2, 4 and 4, 3 respectively for the user view and project view. The positions should be consistent.

Not sure whether there were intentions (you're likely more interested in a user's feed than a project's feed) but could be upstreamed I guess.

Project menus are now editable and no longer have a default "Open Tasks" action, which I think moots this in a strict technical sense.
Feed has also been moved to the details screen for both projects and users.
These changes are live on this install (e.g., @epriestley shows feed).
(User profile menus may also become editable in the future -- this is technically easy, but we haven't really collected any use cases for it yet.)
Comment Actions
There are no "Feed" icons anymore and it is an intentional design decision to allow customization of items and their order.
