Analyze usage of Team Practices external and internal mailing lists

Description

This is a follow-up task from the retrospective. Before making any recommendations about how we should use our 2 lists, I want to go back and analyze how we have been using them. In particular:

  1. How many private threads have there been, and of those, how many "should" have been public?
  2. How many public threads/messages have there been?

Probably analyze the last 2 months.
