Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Search/Old
2. On the top topic, click on the overflow menu and choose "Summarize"
3. On the top topic, click on the overflow menu and choose "Edit title"

Expected behaviour:

• The edit title box closes, and the summarise dialogue opens

Actual behaviour:

• The summarise dialogue opens, but the edit title box also remains open, which is quite confusing

Related bugs:

• T102011: if you click on the "Summarize" and "Edit title" buttons in a different order, the behaviour you get is totally different.
