The site is dormant until the 2016 scholarship round starts so it should be pretty safe to move at any time. I think I remember that access to the database for the application user is limited to the IP of zirconium so that would need to be fixed as well.

This is an actual app, as opposed to static HTML content, so i would like to put this on something other than bromine. (@akosiaris)
