This session took place, we only helped a small number of people - however those people received high quality amounts of help.
Next time we might just let presenters come up to the "help desk" instead of scheduling an entire session for this. If there is space and time however, it also might be worth doing this session again so that it is on the calendar and those few interested people have a place and time to go.
