$wgGroupPermissions['*']['export'] = false;

This does nothing at all. It should block anons from the Special:Export.

• bzimport set Reference to bz8615.

• bzimport added a subscriber: Unknown Object (MLST).

There would be no point to that.

Changing all WONTFIX high priority bugs to lowest priority (no mail should be generated since I turned it off for this.)
