Record:

timestamp of access
file name
requested width
whether the thumbnail had to be generated or already existed in the file repo (swift)
thumbnail file size

This will allow us to not only get more information about thumbnails falling out of varnish, but also help figure out if an extra thumbnail caching layer on the web servers or image scalers would have any effect.
