[Regression wmf16]: Mention inspector gets stuck

Description

On http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Talk:ET5 (and on testwiki or cawiki) click on Mention and the action will never be finished. The Mention box is stuck.

Caused by a regression in VE: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/226727/ . Probably because we have a UserCache that extends LinkCache and we need to update it for the LinkCache changes.

Sorry, this was fixed in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/227590 but I tagged it against the wrong bug.
