Flow updates made non-Flow (LQT) topics on ptwikibooks unaccessible

Description

Try to open any page in the "Tópico" ("Thread") namespace on Portuguese Wikibooks
https://pt.wikibooks.org/wiki/Special:Allpages?namespace=90&uselang=en
and you'll get this error:

The requested page title was invalid. Pages in the Topic namespace are automatically created by Flow.

Could it be due to conflicting namespace translations for Flow's NS_TOPIC and NS_LQT_THREAD?
