[betalabs] "You are not logged in..." warning hides behind Board description

Description

  1. On a Flow page, click on Reply. The warning "You are not logged in..." appears.

The warning can be discarded only by clicking on 'Cancel' or 'Reply'.

  1. Type some text in the Reply area - and click on 'Reply' - the warning gets hidden behind the Board description for the time it takes a post to be saved.

Note: The warning is correctly displayed for expanding/collapsing the Board description.

This should be fixed now, because the editor changes moved this from a sideways popup to a box above the editor.

For testing: flow-form-collapsible gets cut off when the board description is collapsed.
