Viewing Special:Uploads requires login on mobile web

Description

E.g. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Uploads/Jimbo_Wales : "Please log in to view the uploads page." There is no reason to require login for this, and I understand from @Jdlrobson that this behavior isn't intentional. Probably comes from https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Uploads , which shows the user's own uploads and hence needs them to be logged in.
