(only visable to @Josve05a and @Petrb)Huggle needs to be able to recognize warning templates on talk page somehow, in old huggle this was hardcoded in source code, in huggle3 it's more flexible so that deployment on other wikis is not so problematic.
There is a list of identification strings for every warning level, that list contains strings that are contained in a warning, if no such a string is found in a message, it's not considered as a warning. Therefore this list needs to be updated on each wiki with corresponding warning types.
Here is example how to resolve this problem on every wiki where it's not working right
