Description

The test test_item_missing fails, causing most of our automated test jobs to fail, as seen by the see of red on https://travis-ci.org/wikimedia/pywikibot-core/builds/77872737 .

This test assumed that https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q404&redirect=no didnt exist. @Addshore has recreated it as a redirect to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q395 , hence our test blows up.
