ErfgoedBot has several tricks to find the CommonsCat mapped to a monument.
With T110003 was added the feature to look into Wikidata when finding an empty {{Commonscat}} template.
But whether or not there is a CommonsCat template, we should try to follow the Wikidata item and retrieve either P373 or sitelinks to Commons.
