When ErfgoedBot tries to infer categories from a Wikipedia page, it will assume that a CommonsCat template without parameters means that the category has the same name as the page.

But in the Wikidata era, these templates might rather use Wikidata and Property:373 to point to the right category.

This bug causes situations like this one.
