Echo Alert popup misaligned in Cologne Blue skin

Using the Cologne Blue skin, the Alert's button and popup don't show up properly.

Sounds like this might be Notifications related

Can you provide a screenshot demonstrating the issue you're seeing? In the past the popup did not work in CologneBlue, but it does now.

First
I think this is misorganized, right? The [0] should be beside the username.

When you click, the popup shows up on the top of the page, you have to scroll to the top.

We recently rolled out a new popup style that is better in CologneBlue (https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikitech-ambassadors/2015-September/001253.html), which will be deployed to Wikipedia's tomorrow. You can try it out on mediawiki.org now though.

I don't use CologneBlue, I was just bug reporting. :)
