generator=recentchanges should be able to generate revids

Description

Currently generator=recentchanges&grctype=edit|new&prop=revisions will show only the latest revision for the pages, even if the corresponding RC entry is not for that latest revision. It should be possible to feed the actual revids to prop=revisions when that is what is desired.
