This box has become way bigger since the change, any way we can make is more "compact" again, by default?
At least on sv.wp. (https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wikipediafr%C3%A5gor#Flytta-sidan_har_blivit_mycket_st.C3.B6rre_-_hur_trycka_ihop_den_igen)

This was changed in T86865: Convert Special:MovePage to OOUI-based form. MediaWiki interface is being changed to the new OOUI look and other pages will also adopt this style in the future. See T113953: In the new interface of Special:MovePage, the "Move page" button often appears below the fold for the spacing issues on the page.

I'm not sure whether there's anything to do here?
