Play with Phabricator and use it as a test case for alternative management models to standard LCA practices when working with Quim.
First cases; November/December:
- Jan keeps Quim in the loop over developments over the risk protocols, especially in the case of China, if something significant/relevant comes up.
- Jan digs into his Japanese contact archives to see whether volunteers on the ground there would be interested in getting involved into the broader volunteer/academic institutional/Wikimedia (Mediawiki) frames.
