This is a very low priority feature request.

It would be nice if I had a free-form edit box to scribble notes in about the settings file I'm currently working with. I envision this being under a "Notes" tab at the end of the tabs (after "Typos"). I might want to write notes to myself about what I should do when I come across particular F&R result scenarios, or which settings to turn on or off to achieve particular goals. Who knows how many ways this could be useful.
