[Bug] entering an invalid date in numbers gets accepted

Description

when entering 31.02.2015 or 31/02/2015 it will be saved as 31. February 2015
when entering 31 February 2015 it will be saved as 3 March 2015

same goes for dates like 31.11.2015 etc.

we will change the test case to 32.02.2015. The actual issue with the edge case is discussed in T85296.
