Description

Notes from review: Burnups are based on goals, so that won't be useful. Interrupt and Maintenance are not the same with FR-tech. More interested in Interrupt, work added after sprint starts. Want velocity and unplanned sprint work.

Did Maint Fract briefly, no agreement on definition within team. Do have a sample # for that time period.
