I've set up a basic Reading Web report at http://phlogiston.wmflabs.org/red.html

The list of projects it's drawing from is Reading-Web, Reading Web Planning

I eyeballed the available categories (which come from Projects and Projectcolumns) and picked some that seemed like they might be goal-oriented, as opposed to status-oriented, which is what most people use columns for.

The complete list of available categories is http://phlogiston.wmflabs.org/red_category_possibilities.txt (the count is number of tasks in that bucket * number of days for each task).

I think this one is done, as in, there is a Reading Web Phlogiston that shows the current Q3 goals.
