Hi, users on the Icelandic Wikipedia have started to use portals, I was
wondering if the namespace for it could be added. We use the word "Gátt" for
portal. So a link to a portal about the USA would be:
http://is.wikipedia.org/Gátt:USA

So any article in the main namespace in that format can be moved to the new
namespace "Gátt". The talkpages for the portals should be named "Gáttaspjall".
