Tor check link dead

Description

There is a "tor check" link on IPs with link http://toolserver.org/~overlordq/scripts/checktor.fcgi?ip=[REDACTED] but toolserver is dead long ago, so this should be removed or replaced with the better one by The Tor Project's ExoneraTor.
