As a reader, I want suggestions of relevant articles to read next. I don't often read all the way to the end of an article, so I want to see related articles in the context of the section I am reading.

At the end of each section (excluding introduction) insert 1 native tile that has a label "Related article", article thumbnail, title, and wikidata description.
Tile will be styled same way as infoboxes and tables.

The article will be pulled from one of the links from that section. In the future, we hope to determine the most read article from that section.
Question: How can we determine this link easily for this experiment? Random link from section? First link from section?
