Add mobile pageview stats to Mr.Z-bot's popular pages reports

Description

Per T112569, we should retool Mr.Z-bot's popular pages reports to use the new pageviews API, which includes mobile pageviews. (The current reports only show desktop pageviews.)

Acceptance criteria:

  • The popular pages reports all include mobile pageviews as part of their stats. (Doesn't need to be a separate column or anything.)

This is currently blocked on having Alex add someone from the team as a project maintainer for the popularpages Tool Labs project and/or as a collaborator on the GitHub repo.
