in latest version, a new and sweet tool was added, to switch from wikiEditor to visual editor directly. this is done by adding to vikiEditor toolbar the following span:

unfortunately, this happens in a non-discriminating way, in all namespaces, regardless whether VE is enabled.
in namespaces where VE is disable, clicking the icon throws an exception (caught and displayed politely), telling the user VE is not enabled in this namespace.

this is wrong. this control should not appear in namespaces that do not support VE.
