It seems to work with Hebrew Wikisource

Expected behaviour: the content of the Header and Footer parameters of the Index: pages should be added to the header and footer of Page: pages when people try to create a new Page.

Do idea what this bug is about. Could someone write an actual bug description?

Looking at https://fa.wikisource.org/wiki/%D9%81%D9%87%D8%B1%D8%B3%D8%AA:Kashfolmahjub.pdf again, this problem seems to have fixed itself in the meantime.
(Note to everybody and myself: Attaching screenshots in bug reports is welcome.)
