I can not understand, that this page is only open for sysops. Of course, those pages can be favored for vandals, but I think the value if all users can see this page would be more then the loss. Regards, ABF @ dewiki

If stable versions are implemented, 'Editors' will have can have the right too, so this will not be an issue.
