Description

UploadWizard language selector is not properly sorted in alphabetical order in some languages, in particular Polish.

All language names starting with an uppercase letter are placed before all those with lowercase letter.
Non-ASCII characters are all sorted at the top.

In particular, this makes choosing English pretty annoying: as you type "a", "n", "g", the dropdown jumps all over the place.
