To address things to ops, you need to associate the SRE project. Otherwise your task is just left in Phabricator without necessarily being found by ops.

You can click 'Edit task' near the top right hand corner, and it will give you a page like the task creation form. Click in the projects input, begin to type 'operations' and the operations suggestion option will appear. Select it, and submit the save form.

So this is https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/User:SLien_%28WMF%29 it seems. I wonder if we are expected to somehow confirm this before changing access to Jimmy's mail, but i wouldn't know how.

I'll inquire w/Caitlin about converting jimmy@ to a Google Group after the Wikimedia 15 project, but in the meantime - adding slien@wikimedia.org to jimmy@'s alias is needed.

Adding myself as a subscriber. Please give Sam access to the alias ASAP.

I'm happy to talk with Ops/OIT about a better way to handle this alias in the future. Anyone interested can schedule time with me starting the week of Jan. 25.
