Description

The sitenotice for non-logged in users on nl.wikipedia.org is malfunctioning. It is shown on the bottom of a page instead of at the top. The problem does not occur for logged-in users.

We need the sitenotice for a writing week about a province that starts today. Today we have a meeting with the provincial governor. It would be nice if the sitenotice was working before that meeting.

Seems to be solved. It works fine now. I use Windows and google chrome. But all is well. This topic can be closed.
