Description

When visiting https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:GatherEditFeed?collection-id=2402 the styles flash because "mobile.pagelist.styles" and "mobile.pagesummary.styles" are not loaded in <head>.

They should added to <head> via OutputPage::addModuleStyles
