Highlight the section title for url with anchor (section linking). Just like the one on reference (see hightlight on reference - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cold_War#_note-Lafeber_2002)

In page with lot of sections but each with short contents, it is difficult to spot what is the referred section. Appologize for bad English :)
