Make available more options for number of shown rows of resultset (Quarry)

Description

Currently in Quarry are available options to show only 10, 25, 50, and 100 rows of resultset. Too low values.
I would suggest to add three more "standard" mediawiki values: 200, 250, and 500.

Hey there. It seems the issue with the patch submitted previously was that vendor files were being edited directly.
Perhaps something like that would work instead: https://github.com/toolforge/quarry/pull/17 ?
