HTML-entity ­ isn't recognized

Description

The HTML-entity used in the message string Mediawiki:Userrights at nowiki (ie. "Bruker­rettighets­kontroll") isn't recognized. The string is written out as is, that is the HTML-entity is probably escaped.

Can it be that the message update have reached the site before the actual code that uses those messages?

That change (which would make it work) is not live on Wikimedia wikis yet. It should be deployed this week with MediaWiki 1.27.0-wmf.15, according to the schedule at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.27/Roadmap.
