The languages are inserted defined in the DCAT rdf using a <dcterms:language rdf:resource="http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/iso639-1/CODE"/> tag.

The translatewiki.net codes are however a mixture of ISO-639-1 and other codes (e.g. ksh, ckb, en-ca).

A resource which handles all of these (or some other solution) is needed to replace the current solution
