Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Hello,

I will participating to an event about Wikipedia at the University of Perpignan (south of France) on 16 March 2016.
We will be having two workshops to teach students how to contribute to Wikipedia, in French and in Catalan,, so on fr:Wikipedia and ca:Wikipedia.
This event will be held at the university library.
At least 30 to 60 people will be participating to these events, so we need to have the rights for mutiple creation of new accounts on that day.
The IP address of the university library is the following : 194.167.137.246

Info about that event can be found here on the French Wikipedia :
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Mois_de_la_contribution/Perpignan
and here on the site of the University library :

The workshops will be held by myself (french) and Kippelboy (catalan).
