Description

Currently, we don't know which version ores corresponds to which version of revscoring. Also, deployments are very irregular and we don't have any ETA for next deployments. We should pack all of ORES components (revscoring, ores, wikilabels, editquality, wikiclass, wb-vandalism) and release it as wiki-ai 1.1 or wiki-ai 2016.1.
