[Story] most edited items of the last 24/48 hours and last week

Description

Triggered by real-world events like the death of a famous person people edit items on Wikidata. We should have a dashboard that shows a list of items that got the most edits in the last 24/48 hours and week.

So there is already a tool to detect real world events based on edits

And it looks like it does take edits from Wikidata.

Do we still want a separate list?
It might make sense to develop this as a tool on labs.

I think it's fine with the popular items section we have on the main page now.
