In the appearence preferences (Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-rendering), I can choose the date format. It would be useful to have an option that includes the timezone, for example 12:12, March 30, 2016 (UTC) vs 12:12, March 30, 2016 (CEST) or 2016-03-30T12:12:38Z vs 2016-03-30T12:12:38+02:00.
